SCAM? - Runescape Make Millions Book Guides - Get Rich Quick Ebooks

Hello fellow RuneScape Player,

You've come here on the lurking suspicion that these runescape guides on the internet you have to pay for in order to obtain millionaire secrets is phony. Well, you're right, sort of. I obtained a copy of a Make millions guide once upon a time (circulating around warez forums), and decided to take a read. These books are created by players JUST LIKE YOU. The chance that you will find information in these books that you don't already know is next to ZERO!!!

Runescape Guide Book
An example of a "making millions" guide

But they have strategies to turn 100gp into 1,000,000 gp?

Who doesn't ? These guides gloat about typical strategies already known to players. For example: Make millions collecting flax!!! It is free to pick , and right next to the bank.

   What is the catch then?

The catch is that there is no instant way to make millions in Runescape. None. No hacks will give you infinite items. No cheats will turn you into a billionaire instantly. These strategies ignore the fact that IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY DO THEM you will have to invest ALOT OF TIME!!!

What can I do to make millions, then? If these guides don't work...

The Grand Exchange. Plain and simple. You need money to use it (at least 10m gp) but become a day trader. Your wealth will accumulate.

Note: I include a link to that guide's website simply because I use them as an example, and want to give some credit. These guides are not easy to put together, and their authors have put forth a lot of time to create them and their accompanying websites. This article simply pushes the point that they are common-knowledge books.

RUNESCAPE GUIDE TO 99 MAGIC FAST (IN PARTS)

Magic, as any Runescape player knows, is an extremely versatile and powerful skill. It can deal damage to multiple opponents and hit them as hard as 45 per hit. It also allows the player access to various teleports, making travel across the wide world of Runescape easier. Training it, however, is very expensive, costing in millions. This guide will show you one of the best methods to achieve 99 magic.

Level 1-25

Starting to train magic is probably the hardest part. Its best to finish some quests which give magic xp, for example Imp catcher or witch’s potion. However, the best way to get 25 magic is to cast the best combat spells you can. For example, start with air strike, then switch to water strike, then earth, and so on…

Level 25-43

The best way to level up is still combat spells. By level 25, you will be able to cast water bolt, and at level 29, you can start earth bolt. However, if money is not a problem, then consider casting teleport spells. They give pretty decent xp, and you can use an auto-clicker to cast them. Personally, I prefer this method of training. Cast them according to your level:
  • Level 25-31, cast Varrock teleport while wielding a staff of air
  • Level 31-37, cast Lumbridge teleport while wielding a staff of air
  • Level 37-43, cast Falador teleport while wielding a staff of water

Level 43-55
At level 43, you will be given access to the “superheat item” spell, which converts ores into bars without using a furnace. This is the cheapest method to achieve 55 magic. The best ores to smelt are iron and coal, combining them into steel bars. This will give you a roughly 100 gp loss each cast. You should be able to get 55 magic within 2-3 hrs depending on your speed. Remember to use a staff of fire.

Level 55-99
At this point, you are given access to the BEST method of training magic yet. “High-level alchemy” turns one of your items into gold i.e. coins. 55-99 magic would cost around 20-25m. I strongly recommend that you download an auto-clicker at this level, since it will cut down your clicking by 90%. To download, click here.
Now simply buy some nature runes, in multiples of 1000, and also buy the item you want to alch. Some of the best items for alchemy are:
  • Adamant platebodies
  • Green d’hide bodies
  • Battlestaves (members’ only)
Withdraw the items in noted form, and place them in the 3rd column of the 4th row in your inventory. Then wield a staff of fire, have the nature runes in you inventory, and open the magic interface. Put the auto-clicker on a speed of 2 seconds, and move the cursor to the top left of the High-alchemy symbol. Then simply turn on the auto clicker, and it will automatically do all the alching for you!
Final word
Following this method, you will be able to achieve 99 magic within 2-3 months. If you’re member, then Congratulations! You’ve just earned a skillcape and new emote! Remember, use the auto for maximum efficiency!

A final conclusion, as I stated before; stop at 98. That way you dont waste the money to get to 99 and have all magic exp from there on out be useless. Stop at 98 and save yourself the GP, unless you're completely loaded, go for 99 and get the skillcape. It is a nice treasure to show off. Most idiots in Runescape don't know the autoclicker trick and will take much longer to reach 99 magic.

Happy alching!

My Stats - 99 Magic

For those who are wondering... Here is the type of player you're reading from. Not a hardcore player but I do have some highlights - 99 Magic, 97 Fishing, solid combat skills. I started playing years ago, maybe in 2004 or 2005 but didn't seriously start playing / switch to members until around 2007.

I will be writing a guide later on how I achieved 99 magic with minimal effort. Honestly, if I could go back and change things, I would have stopped at 98 magic and let myself naturally level to 99 from spellcasting. Expect it in December.

How to get rich on RuneScape

getrich

The internet is flooded with sites boasting get rich quick Runescape guides or even real world trading Runescape items. It should be known that these sites are not worth your time. The get-rich quick runescape guides simply share a few outdated strategies on ways to make money (they use time calculations to show off big digits that appeal to the reader) by saying you can collect feathers for an hour to make a certain amount of gp, then if you did that over the course of a week you’d have 7x the original amount and become a millionaire quickly. Well all that is pointless. Feathers are purchasable in infinite stock, so do not waste time collecting feathers.

There are many ways to get rich on RuneScape. Some people merchant, some people kill high level monsters, some people sell items obtained from skill training. I have found that one of the easiest ways of getting rich is simply training a skill. It is time consuming, but here are some easy ways to level and make the most of your time. Here is the process:

  1. Choose a skill that is relatively easy to train (woodcutting or fishing or even combat skills)
  2. Find something to do that can be easily done while also playing RuneScape. Here are some things you can do:
    • Watch a movie. You can resize the Runescape window so that you can watch your movie but see your player at the same time.
    • Watch free HD episodes from the ABC network. I like to watch Lost. (www.abc.com)
    • Learn about Runescape. Open another browser window and read the RuneScape blog or explore the Knowledge Base.
    • Use the Grand Exchange database to find data charts on the items you are fishing/woodcutting/receiving. This can help you find out when the best time to sell will be.

3. Do it! Start up Runescape and get busy! Now that harmful randoms are gone, you do not need to worry about breaking your woodcutting axe or losing your lobster pot!

4. Once you fill up, hit the bank and set your character back to work!

5. Before you know it you will stack up on items you are “powering.”

Grand Exchange: How to make a profit on RuneScape

grandexchange

The Grand Exchange is your friend. Think of it as a RuneScape stock market that IS failsafe, relatively speaking. There will never be any market crashes, however price fluctuations can vary greatly depending on certain updates, new minigames, or whatever the case may be. After the release of PVP worlds, for instance, food prices and weapons and armor skyrocketed. I sold my full dharoks set at a price 1m over what I paid for it. However, usually these updates are announced beforehand, so you have some insider trading knowledge as to whether you want to compete or not.

Just recently I started investing in lobsters. They’d sell at night at the market price: 220 / lobster, but then during the day the demand would be much higher and I’d be able to sell them fast at a price of 225 (lowest I go), which is only 5gp more per lobster, but when you sell them in bulk amounts ( i usually buy around 60k of lobsters to sell) 60k x 5 = 300k. Now , this is a fairly small profit for such a big investment (60k lobsters at 220 per is 13,200,000 gp.) Obviously this is a risky investment, so it is important to watch the RuneScape news and make sure if you do invest in something that it won’t go belly up.

As a general rule make sure the item isn’t too costly. The more it costs, the more investment you are making in for the less profit. Something cheap that is widely used is your best bet. Good luck.
